Well it’s official! Shining Light is ‘App-Tastic!’ In addition to providing the best marketing and IT services to our customers we are now pretty good at App design!
St Brigids GAC wanted an mobile app developed for their members to download, which would allow the committee and club mentors to keep everyone up to date with training, match reports as well as social and fundraising events.
Here at Shining Light we were able to full this request for both Android and iPhone by creating an app driven by the content of their website, Facebook and twitter feeds.
Some of the much praised features include:
- Push Notifications: Allowing mentors to alert users when key games or social events were coming up
- Pitch Locator: Allowing Parents to Navigate to Pitches or teams they may not know.
- Facebook feed without signing up to Facebook
- Twitter feed without signing up to twitter
- Calendar for events filtered by Team
- Posts from the St Brigids GAC website filterable by teams.
